Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains how VESSO Platform may be used. The service is intended for lawful business workflow organization, content planning, and customer inquiry management.
Allowed Use
Customers may use VESSO Platform only for their own business operations, owned materials, selected or authorized work groups, and legitimate customer communication workflows.
Prohibited Use
- Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.
- Unsolicited communications, unauthorized outreach, or activity that violates third-party platform rules.
- Collection, sale, purchase, or transfer of audience lists, customer lists, traffic, engagement, or promotional placement.
- Bypassing technical limits, access controls, usage restrictions, or anti-abuse systems.
- Uploading malware, illegal content, materials without the required rights, or content that violates another party's rights.
- Content or activity related to child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, terrorism, extremist propaganda, illegal drugs, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, violence, hate activity, or other unlawful goods or services.
- Content that instructs, enables, promotes, or facilitates illegal acts, evasion of law enforcement, or harm to individuals or protected groups.
Content Review and Abuse Prevention
VESSO Platform may use automated rule-based checks and manual review to detect materials that appear to violate this policy. Materials may be blocked, held for review, removed, or disabled before use.
Customers must not attempt to bypass content checks, hide prohibited meaning through obfuscation, or repeatedly submit materials that have been rejected.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis required for any materials and work groups they manage through the service.
Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of all materials they upload, configure, or use through the service.
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being used in a way that violates this policy, our Terms, applicable law, or third-party platform rules.
Reports of abuse can be sent to support@vesso.me. We may preserve relevant logs where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or dispute handling.
