Security and Data Protection

VESSO Platform uses reasonable technical and operational measures to protect customer accounts, business materials, and service data.

Account Security

Customer passwords are stored as password hashes. Administrative access is limited to authorized personnel and protected through server-side session controls.

Infrastructure

The production service runs on managed server infrastructure with HTTPS enabled for public traffic. Access to production systems is restricted to operational maintenance and support needs.

Data Handling

We process customer data only to provide the service, maintain security, support users, manage subscriptions, and improve reliability. We do not transfer personal data to third parties.

Operational Controls

• Rate limits are used on sensitive public forms.
• Application logs are used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• Uploaded materials may be checked with rule-based abuse filters before they are saved or used.
• High-risk materials can be blocked or held for manual review.
• Database backups may be maintained for service continuity.
• Access can be suspended when activity violates our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
