Service Description

VESSO Platform is a Software-as-a-Service solution for content planning, workflow management, and handling incoming inquiries across owned business communication channels.

User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their materials and for complying with third-party platform terms, local laws, regulations, and channel rules. The service may only be used where the user has a lawful right to manage communications.

Users must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, deceptive practices, unsolicited communications, unauthorized messages, member data collection, unauthorized invitations, bypassing platform limits, or offering third-party promotional placement services.

VESSO Platform does not provide, sell, or broker audiences, traffic, engagement, customer lists, contact lists, or promotional placement. Customers may only use the service with materials and work channels they own or are authorized to manage.

Content and Account Safety

Customers must ensure that all uploaded materials are lawful, accurate, authorized, and compliant with our Acceptable Use Policy. VESSO Platform may block, remove, review, or disable materials that appear to violate our policies, applicable law, or third-party platform rules.

We may suspend or terminate an account immediately if we reasonably believe the service is being used for illegal content, abuse, fraud, exploitation, extremist activity, or other high-risk activity. We may preserve relevant records where necessary for security, compliance, or legal reasons.

Subscriptions

Access to VESSO Platform may require an active subscription. Features and access may be limited, suspended, or terminated if a subscription expires or payment is not received.

Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access to paid features remains available until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made after cancellation.

Availability

While we strive to provide reliable service, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

Limitation of Liability

VESSO Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
